Unfortunately, due to only starting any media-related projects September 2019, when I started my university course, I haven't got much content to create a showreel with as to date. I have just finished my first movie, in the form of a documentary, about the formation of my community, Ravin' Gavin. Here is a link to the youtube video, or you can watch it on the home page on my website;

I was also involved in the production of a short horror film, I created with my university colleagues, Brad and Josh. Here is a link to the horror film;

The other major project I have finished is the Ravin' Gavin website, of which showcases some of my skills using illustration, after effects animations, and website creation. It is a fully functioning website, with lots to see and read throughout. Here is a link;

These are the major projects of which I have completed and I am proud of. I am sure that there is a lot more to come in the near future, so stay alert! But to finalise my showreel alternative, I would like to link the youtubers of which inspired me to create content, and their content is what I would like to take inspiration from, to build my channel, Ravin' Gavin up;
Smosh- One of the first channels to become youtube sensations, Smosh have to this day created great content including skits, challenges, vlogs and short movies. They have consistently evolved through the times and are still smashing it. Their old skit work and music videos especially inspire me; https://www.youtube.com/user/smosh
Sugar Pine 7- Unfortunately, sugar pine 7 was a short lived channel, after they were released from the rooster teeth network. But the comedic style of vlogs that SP7 produced inspired me a lot. They create scripted vlog style videos, of which could categorise as short movies. They have a unique comedic style, but at times, the narration by Steven Suptic can change the style of the video massively, and at times, the videos are very wholesome and showcase some of the hardships with running a small company with your friends. There content has great re-watchability; https://www.youtube.com/user/mlgHwnT
Yogscast- The Yogscast are another golden oldie on Youtube. They have created gaming videos for 10+ years. They also create in real life challenge videos, and have had to diversify out to new videos over the years as games have come in and out of fashion, and have also branched out to new social media platforms like twitch. I consistently watch their content to this day;
David Dobrik- Over the past 2 years, David Dobrik has become a national superstart, all because of his world famous vlogs. They are funny, wholesome and action packed as he lives his crazy life. His friendship group is hilarious and are a group Ravin' Gavin aspire to be like, this is his channel; https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCmh5gdwCx6lN7gEC20leNVA
